Delivery and Return 

The YaKa holders presented on this site are in stock in the offered standard colours and are made on request for the others (non-standard colours and customized YaKa). 

Delivery period counting from the date of ordering is 10 working days. The order is prepared and shipped by the YaKa Company as swiftly as possible (subject to confirmation of payment). 

Deliveries are made everywhere in the world. 

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the user when placing the order. 

Delivery is performed by the services of UPS and Bpost.

Products are only delivered on the 5 working days of the week; there are no deliveries on weekends and public holidays.

The user is notified that all orders registered on the site on a Friday afternoon will not be processed until the following Monday.

Delivery takes place within: 

– 1 to 4 working days in Belgium with Bpost
– 2 to 10 working days for the rest of the world with UPS

These delivery periods are indicated for guidance only.

YaKa Company declines all responsibility for any delay, loss of ordered products, or strikes by the postal services or carriers. 

In these cases, the user will have to take direct measures with the postal services or carriers. 

In order to ensure their perfect condition during transport, all products are packaged by YaKa Company in compliance with the applicable standards. It is imperative that the user checks the packaging and the products at the moment of delivery.  

Any problems concerning the delivered items (damaged items, missing items, broken item, defective item, etc.) must be notified to YaKa Company within 3 days (including public holidays) of delivery (postmark provides proof of mailing). 

All reservations or complaints relating to the non-conformity of the product or defect in the product must be addressed by e-mail to the following address: contact@yakacompany.com or by registered mail to the following address:
